RETURNS POLICY

All products (except Toys and customised items) are eligible for return or exchange, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

For returns due to manufacturing defects, we accept product returns with a full refund. Proof of purchase will be required, and you must notify us within 7 Days of receiving the product. Please provide us with clear evidence of the defect, such as photographs. For exchanges or returns unrelated to product quality, such as a change of mind, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days of receiving it.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges of Mention on Invoice, and the item must be in its original condition and unused. Return and exchange services are applicable to local orders only. International orders will be considered for exchange or return only if the delivered item is faulty.
